This paper describes a polyethylene reinforced wear-resistant pipe comprising an inner layer and an outer layer made of high density polyethylene. The inner layer and the outer layer are separated by a plastic-coated wire mesh layer and a glass fiber layer. The inner layer is fused to the plastic-coated wire mesh layer, the glass fiber layer and the outer layer by means of a co-polyamide hot melt adhesive. The outer layer is a co-polyester layer, which realizes the wear-resistant pipe to be corrosion-resistant, smooth and low-resistance, high-pressure-resistant, high abrasion-resistant, high-toughness, and low-temperature-resistant.

Existing technology adopts fiber reinforced layer structure of polyethylene wear-resistant pipe or pipe wire mesh reinforced layer structure of polyethylene wear-resistant pipe, pipe wire mesh reinforced layer structure of polyethylene wear-resistant pipe has the advantages of corrosion-resistant, non-fouling, smooth, low resistance, abrasion-resistant, lightweight and so on, but the resistance to high and low temperatures, impact resistance performance is poor. Fiber reinforced layer structure polyethylene wear-resistant pipe has the advantages of high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance, high abrasion resistance, high initial strength, tensile strength and high impact resistance, but its disadvantages are poor corrosion resistance and heavy weight. In view of the existing technical problems, it is very necessary to develop a polyethylene wear-resistant pipe with a fiber reinforced layer and a pipe wire mesh reinforced layer design structure, which can give play to the good application characteristics of each and make up for the shortcomings of each other.

Without overcoming the existing technical problems, the technicians provide a polyethylene reinforced wear-resistant pipe. The middle layer of the wear-resistant pipe adopts the structural design of the plastic-coated pipe screen layer and the glass fiber layer, which realizes that the wear-resistant pipe has the advantages of corrosion resistance, smoothness, low resistance, high-pressure resistance, high and low temperature resistance, high abrasion resistance, high initial resistance, tensile strength, and so on. The quality of the wear-resistant pipe is greatly improved and its service life is extended.  powder coating; the outer layer is also provided with an ultraviolet ray protection layer.

In the forming pipe of the new polyethylene enhanced wear-resistant pipe, the rolling channels of the opening portions at both ends are adapted to the U-shaped cross-section of the continuous profile at a distance smaller than the thickness of the continuous profile, so that the forming pipe and the product are better adhered to by the wavy bending mechanism, and the three-point combination of the product and the forming pipe is realized, i.e., the apex of the pipe belt and the two sides of the pipe belt are closely fitted with the forming pipe, which strengthens the stability of the bending and molding of the pipe belt, and makes the forming of the pipe belt faster, More stable. It well solves the problem of unstable operation caused by the contact of the pipe belt only by the apex, and also avoids the wrinkling of the pipe belt in the process of operation, and also reduces the phenomenon of running away of the pipe belt in the process of operation, so as to effectively reduce the occurrence of the waste pipe, improve the yield rate of the product, and better satisfy the production demand of the enterprise.
