Ceramic wear-resistant pipe is one of the widely used wear-resistant pipes in the world. Ceramic wear-resistant layer is the core part of the composite pipe. At present, in the preparation of traditional ceramic wear-resistant pipe, the rectangular ceramic block unit is directly bonded to the inner wall of the base pipe by adhesive to form a composite pipe, with ceramic as the working surface to realize wear-resistant protection. In the preparation of conventional ceramic wear-resistant pipes, this is generally accomplished by manually applying an adhesive to the ceramic block units and then attaching the ceramic block units to the interior of the pipe base. However, the ceramic block units attached by this method do not ensure that each ceramic block unit is firmly attached to the inner wall of the pipe substrate, and a plurality of surrounding ceramic block units fall off during use due to the fall off of a single ceramic block unit. Thus, the service life of the composite pipe is affected, and it is inconvenient to manually affix a long ceramic wear-resistant pipe during preparation, which increases the difficulty of operation and fails to ensure the quality of the composite pipe.

The technician provides a method for preparing a ceramic wear-resistant pipe, which effectively solves the problem of the ceramic blocks not being conveniently attached to the inner wall of the pipe matrix, and enables the ceramic blocks to be firmly attached to the inner wall of the pipe matrix, thereby ensuring the quality of the composite pipe and extending the service life of the composite pipe. The preparation method of the ceramic wear-resistant pipe includes the following steps: cleaning the pipe substrate, i.e., cleaning the inner wall of the pipe substrate, removing rust, oil and dust from the inner wall of the pipe substrate, and then drying it; preparing the core body, preparing a round rod-shaped core body with foam material; attaching the ceramic block: attaching the rectangular ceramic block to the outer surface of the core body sequentially with the bonding agent, thus forming a ceramic layer on the outer surface of the core body; overall composite: attaching the ceramic block to the outer surface of the core body firmly. After the ceramic block is firmly adhered to the outer surface of the core body, a layer of adhesive is applied to the outer surface of the ceramic layer, and then the core body adhering to the ceramic layer is pushed into the interior of the pipeline substrate as a whole; removing the core body, i.e., the core body with the ceramic layer is fastened to the inner wall of the pipeline substrate as a whole, and then removing the foam core body, to complete the preparation of the ceramic wear-resistant pipeline.

The beneficial effect of the above-described ceramic wear-resistant pipe is that the adhesive is utilized to attach the rectangular ceramic block to the core body made of the foam material in turn, so that a side ceramic layer is formed on the outer surface of the core body, and then the core body with the ceramic layer is pushed into the pipe substrate as a whole by utilizing the adhesive to make the ceramic layer attached to the inner wall of the pipe substrate. Thus, the problem that the ceramic block is inconveniently attached to the inner wall of the pipe substrate can be effectively solved, so that the ceramic block is firmly attached to the inner wall of the pipe substrate; at the same time, the labor intensity of the operator can be lowered, and the difficulty of the operation can be reduced, so as to ensure the quality of the composite pipeline, and to extend the service life of the ceramic wear-resistant pipeline.
