Replacement method of crusher wear-resistant liner: After the liner in the lower part of the crusher cone is installed, use the adjusting ring in the lower part of the cone to keep the gap between the lower wear-resistant liner and the cone at 1.0 ~ 2.0mm, and after the top liner is installed, install the compression nut first and then cast the zinc alloy. Before casting, the cone and liner should be preheated to 60 ~ 80, and the liner joints should be filled with asbestos and clay to avoid leakage of zinc alloy. After casting the alloy on the wear-resistant liner, install the compression nut and locking plate to fix it firmly.
