Wear-resistant lining plate refers to a variety of wear-resistant lining plates made of wear-resistant steel plate by cutting, rolling deformation, punching and welding, such as conveyor lining plate, coal feeder bottom plate/inverted cone and rotary bar divider lining plate, wear-resistant blades and so on. Wear-resistant life is more than 15 times higher than ordinary steel plate. Wear-resistant steel plate is an alloy wear-resistant layer formed on ordinary steel plate, heat-resistant steel plate and stainless steel plate with Cr7C3 carbide dominated by volume fraction of more than 50% by surfacing.

Wear-resistant steel plate has high abrasion resistance, impact resistance, deformability and weldability, and can be directly processed into engineering parts like steel plates to meet wear requirements.

Crushers can be divided into many types, such as hammer crusher, jaw crusher hammer head, impact crusher hammer head, cone crusher and so on. Crushers are widely used in smelting, building materials, roads, railroads, mining ore crushing and many other aspects, often used to crush materials with high hardness. The following are the instructions on the replacement and use of crusher attachment liners.

Steel type wear-resistant liner has high abrasion resistance, good impact performance, can be cut, bent, welded, and can be connected to other structures by welding, plug welding, bolting and so on. It is time-saving and convenient in the process of on-site maintenance, and is widely used in metallurgy, coal, cement, electric power, glass, mining, building materials, brickwork and other industries. Compared with other materials, it has high cost performance.

Crusher liners should be replaced after a certain period of time, otherwise good results will not be achieved. Let's take a look at the use and replacement of wear-resistant liners for crusher parts.

Wear-resistant liners are not only used to protect the cylinder in ball mill equipment, but also wear-resistant liners are installed in the crushing chamber of the crusher. The crushing force of the material in the crushing chamber of the crusher mainly comes from friction and impact, and the material hits the liner with an impact speed of 80m/s. Therefore, the first task to improve the quality of the crusher is the research and development of wear-resistant liners.

Alloy steel wear-resistant liner material: high-carbon medium alloy, low carbon low alloy steel, medium carbon medium alloy, medium carbon low alloy as the main material, varieties, standards are different, because of its high toughness, low cost, good wear resistance, strong applicability and rapid development. However, in practical application, due to the low alloy content, the wear resistance still cannot meet the market demand. High manganese steel liner has been recognized by the industry for its high abrasion resistance and long service life, and its high performance represents the current high level of metal wear-resistant materials.

Replacement method of crusher wear-resistant liner: After the liner in the lower part of the crusher cone is installed, use the adjusting ring in the lower part of the cone to keep the gap between the lower wear-resistant liner and the cone at 1.0 ~ 2.0mm, and after the top liner is installed, install the compression nut first and then cast the zinc alloy. Before casting, the cone and liner should be preheated to 60 ~ 80, and the liner joints should be filled with asbestos and clay to avoid leakage of zinc alloy. After casting the alloy on the wear-resistant liner, install the compression nut and locking plate to fix it firmly.
