Uses of surfacing wear-resistant plate:

The above parts do not require high hardness and abrasion resistance of surfacing wear-resistant plate, and can be used as surfacing wear-resistant plate of NM360/NM400 thickness 6-10mm.

2. Coal yard: supply tank and hopper liner, hopper liner, fan blade, push plate, cyclone dust collector, coke guiding liner, ball mill liner, drill stabilizer, spiral feeder bell and base, kneader hopper liner, ring feeder, dump truck back plate. Coal yard working environment is harsh, the corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of wear-resistant steel plate is required, and NM400/NM450 wear-resistant steel plate with thickness of 8-26mm is used.

3. Cement plant: trough lining, end lining, cyclone dust collector, separator blade and guide vane, fan blade and lining, recycling drum lining, spiral conveying bottom plate, pipeline parts, melt cooling plate lining, conveying tank lining. These surfacing wear plate parts also need good wear resistance and corrosion resistance of wear-resistant steel plate, can be used as NM360/NM400 thickness 8 ~ 30MM wear-resistant steel plate.

4. Loading machinery: mill chain plate, material liner, blade plate grabs, automatic dump truck turnover, dump truck body. This requires wear-resistant and high hardness wear-resistant steel plate, it is recommended to use NM500 thickness of 25-45MM wear-resistant steel plate.

5. Mining machinery: ore, stone crusher liners, blades, conveyor liners, baffles. These parts must have high wear resistance, the available material is NM450/NM500 thickness of 10-30mm wear-resistant steel plate.

6. Construction machinery: cement push-pull plate, concrete mixing building, mixer liner, vacuum cleaner liner, brick and tile manufacturing machine mold plate. Use NM360/NM400 wear-resistant steel plate with thickness of 10-30mm.

7. Construction machinery: loader, bulldozer, excavator shovel plate, side blade, bucket bottom plate, blade, rotary drilling pipe. This kind of machine needs especially hard, wear-resistant wear-resistant steel plate, the available material is NM500 thickness of 20-60 mm of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate.

8.Metallurgical machinery: iron ore sintering machine, transportation elbow, iron ore sintering machine liner, scraper liner. Because this kind of machine needs high temperature and strong hardness wear-resistant steel plate.

9. Surfacing wear-resistant plate can also be applied to sand turbine tube, blades, all kinds of cargo yard, dock machinery parts, bearing structure parts, railroad wheel structure parts, rollers and so on.
