In order to ensure the service life of the grinding disk, grinding roller, foreign countries use nickel hard 4 # cast iron, hardness in 62 HRC or so, but nickel is a rare precious metal, our country usually after heat treatment of high chromium alloy cast iron, in order to improve the wear resistance of the roller body and the grinding disk and to extend the service life.
